Cut the Crap!

In the world there are good people and bad people, that’s the basic. But there are also people who get lead astray or people who make bad decisions. I think people can change and if people are bad I always question it. What’s made them feel that way or treat people like that? How did they end up that way and most importantly can I do anything to help them out a bit? I think that’s really really important.

Obviously we all like to think we’re good people, I do. I’ve never punched an autistic keyboard player in the face so he’s got a black eye and had to leave my band and lied to cover up the truth or taken tickets out of a crying girls hand after she finally stood for what was right and walked away and gone in to the gig without her even though she paid. But enough of that, this isn’t Coleen Rooney’s Twitter, and as I said, I’m not a horrible twat. I’ve since given my dickhead detector a tune so I’m a bit more clued up.

My music and my gigs are for absolutely everybody to listen to and enjoy. You can wear whatever you want to my gigs I don’t care how much you’ve spent on your shoes. You can be whoever you want to be and whatever age! Sub culture... shmub culture! Mods, suedes, rockers, goths, pop princesses, boys, girls, people that like Miley Cyrus and bits in between are all welcome. If it makes you feel good, put it on! That’s what music my music is about... Tune in and turn it up baby! As long as you are a good, kind person, you can have it!

A guitar and a drum kit isn’t going to change the world. But it can change YOUR world. Don’t let people ruin it for you. Have an opinion but know when to use it. There’s enough hate and war in this world, we don’t need anymore and my gigs are a place for people who agree! We don’t stand by and watch, we stand up and change what needs to be changed! Bullying isn’t acceptable and not welcome at my gigs. Be who you want to be.

Combat Frock is for each and everyone of you. You don’t have to like The Clash to listen to it I don’t care. You don’t even have to know who joe Strummer is. Don’t let people be mean to you, make the right choice and be kind! That’s what important.
